Our AIB (NI) Mobile Banking App (formerly known as First Trust Bank Mobile) provides a convenient range of features accessible on your Android phone.

Key features include:

• Pay up to £1000 daily to any UK account with Mobile Open Payments
• Check account balances and available funds
• View recent and pending transactions
• Instantly cancel or replace lost, stolen, or damaged debit or credit cards
• Apply for a Fixed Rate Personal Loan
• Transfer money between your accounts*
• Transfer funds to any UK Bank or Building Society Accounts*
• Pay bills*
• Apple Pay – Add cards directly to your Apple Wallet
• Quick Pay feature
• View and cancel Standing Orders
• View and cancel Direct Debits
• Secure login using Touch ID or Face ID
• Access and export up to 7 years of statements

*You can transfer funds and pay bills to existing accounts and companies already set up on your Online Banking.

The app requires certain permissions to function on your phone:

• Identity/Contacts – To retrieve the device name for distinguishing phones during App unregistration on Online Banking
• Phone – Allows direct calling of assistance or product numbers through the app
• Device ID & call information – Reads the phone status and identity

If you are registered for Online Banking, you can begin using the Mobile Banking App immediately. Simply download the app, log in using your Online banking credentials, and start managing your finances.
